1. Check-in & Check-out Policy

  • Standard check-in time: 13:30 (IST)

  • Standard check-out time: 12:00 (IST)

  • Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.


2. Reservation & Cancellation Policy

  • Individual Bookings: Cancellations made 3 days before arrival incur no charges. Within 3 days, one-night retention applies.

  • Group Bookings (5+ rooms): 100% charge applies if cancelled within 10 days of arrival.

  • Special promotional bookings are non-refundable and non-amendable.


3. Payment Policy

  • A credit card pre-authorization for the total stay is required upon check-in.

  • Payment options: cash, bank deposit, payment gateway, or demand draft.

  • All guests must present valid photo ID (NID, Passport, or Driving License) at check-in.


4. Guest Identification & Security

  • Valid ID proof is mandatory for check-in.

  • Foreign nationals must present a valid visa and passport.

  • Unruly behavior, unsafe conduct, or policy violations may lead to eviction without refund.


5. Children & Extra Guest Policy

  • Children up to 5 years: stay free (cribs based on availability).

  • Ages 5–12: extra charges apply.

  • 13+ years: charged as adults.


6. Hotel Use & Behavior Rules

  • No gatherings or parties allowed in rooms.

  • Guests cannot bring outside food or beverages.

  • Guests must maintain hygiene, safety, and respect hotel property.


7. Property Damage & Liability

  • Any damage caused to hotel property will incur charges.

  • Hotel is not responsible for lost/stolen items.

  • Lost property is kept for 3 months before disposal or donation.


8. Parking & Valuables

  • Self-parking is at the guest’s own risk.

  • Valuables may be stored in-room safes or at the front desk upon request.


9. Force Majeure Clause

Hotel Grand Safa Inn is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses due to natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, or other uncontrollable events.


10. General Terms

  • Reservations are subject to hotel discretion and may be canceled due to incomplete/fraudulent information.

  • All guests are bound by these terms upon booking confirmation.

  • Terms may be updated without prior notice.
